Chocolate Cookies Di Pagi AidilFitri.

Hye...Assalamualaikum.
Selamat Berpuasa Semua.

hmmm...sedar x sedar..dah seminggu kita berpuasa dan hari ada lah hari kelapan bagi seluruh Umat Islam yang berpuasa. Mesti ada diantara anda semua yang sudah pikir nak makan kuih raya apa di pagi raya nanti kan. Tambah-tambah adik2, kakak2, makcik2 yang gurl kat luar sana tue, tentu dah bersedia untuk beli barang untuk buat kuih dan kek untuk raya nanti kan.

DO U LOVE CHOCOLATE...??

So, bagi sesiapa yang suka sangat, Atau 'Obsess' Atau erti kata sebenar Histerialah  kalau x makan cokelat untuk sehari. Disini ade satu resepi biskut yang Berasaskan Cokelat yang boleh anda cuba untuk dihidangkan pada pagi aidilfitri nanti.

(Chocolate Fudge Chunky Cookies)

Prep time: 25 minutes
Baking time: 10-12 minutes
Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:-

• 1 bag DOVE® PROMISES® Milk
Chocolate Miniatures
• 1 bag chopped SNICKERS® Brand
Miniatures
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon almond extract
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:-

Coarsely chop the DOVE® PROMISES® Milk Chocolate Miniatures and melt them either in a bowl on top of a double boiler or in the microwave for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes.
Stir the chocolate until smooth. Add the sugar, butter, eggs and almond extract.

Stir in the flour and baking powder
Add 1 cup of chopped SNICKERS® Brand Miniatures.
Drop heaping tablespoons of batter on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool on the cookie sheet.
Makes 10 doughnuts.
